Character pipelines, shipped. Cloth physics, stylized shaders, and the engineered fidelity of every draw call earning its place.
Echo Kitsune is a solo character-tech practice — the working name of Binh, a Technical Character Artist operating out of a one-person studio under Neko Punch Studio.
The practice started with Skyrim modding in 2019 and scaled into a 2,000-mod pipeline, a cloth physics specialty with few practitioners in the region, and a commercial track that now includes a shipped mobile title on CH Play and Appstore.
Current focus splits across three fronts: private commission work for collectors and creators, personal asset releases under the Phantom, Royal Military, Steampunk, and Urban Fantasy signature lines, and active R&D on Unity HDRP shader graphs and HLSL performance.
Running underneath all of it — a long-term worldbuilding project called Surreals, where the modern city of Anteka shares space with the ancient citadel of Eloria. Not shipping yet. Always in motion.
Commission is bespoke and scheduled. Personal work ships when ready. Research runs continuously. Each mode has its own velocity — pick the one that matches your timeline.
